Stayed in th hotel yesterday. Reception is good. Staff is cooperative. Room service not available. Room was not good. Cleanliness was not good. But it is very cheaper hotel. Location is very good. Average experience.

The property is just average. Their deluxe room is comparable to a standard room of a one star hotel. Leakage in washrooms, Old furnishings and management is just fine. We asked for some food/refreshments along with tea and we were denied that no food can be served in rooms. Then we headed for the restaurant to have tea and then we were denied that too as the staff was busy attending other orders and won't serve tea. After so many years of traveling this is the only hotel which I have come across,denied to serve tea even in day times. These guys just don't care about their guests comfort. Please avoid. There are better hotels available in same range.

The hotel was fine. It is what it is for the price. The bed is very comfortable. We had a hot shower the first day and then the hot water seemed to be broken. We were in a hurry so didn’t confirm with reception, but that was a bit annoying. The concerning thing for me was all the mosquitoes/midges. There were a lot in the room. The Taj is super close and there is a few good coffee places 1min walk away, close to tuk tuks and the train station is easy to get to via an auto. 👍🏼 overall ok experience for a less than 30hr stop over.

I had visited at July in Agra, I night i had stay there also i had enjoy the food of Udupi Restaurant in Agra. Location of Residency is very good but you can take cab to reach there also near a very good mall.

The hotel and the staff are extremely good and their hospitality is great. Best for solo travelers family couple as it is very safe. Rooms are clean. Food has a wide variety with North Indian as well as south Indian menu which are equally good. They will help you to look around and explore the nearby places as well.
